How to Get a VA Referral for Free Massage Therapy

1. Call Your VA Primary Care Provider (PCP)
   Reach out to your VA healthcare provider and request a referral for massage therapy.
2. Give Them Our NPI Number: 1134604473
   Your VA provider will need our National Provider Identifier (NPI) number to send the referral directly to Sea Lark Chiropractic.
3. Schedule Your Appointments
   Once we receive your VA-approved referral, you can schedule your massage therapy sessions with any of our VA-certified massage therapists.
