Chiropractic Care

We provide spinal correction utilizing gentle chiropractic techniques.  Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists.  These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before.  As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Venessa Bartholomew has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment.

We also teach our patients individualized exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem.  These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your adjustment.  In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of balance or strained by improper alignment and use.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy offers a natural conservative treatment approach that relieves musculoskeletal pain for many patients.  Our office provides specific massage and muscular therapy that is tailored to meet the patient's condition and injury.  The massage types that we offer include: deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, Swedish massage, sports massage, and prenatal massage.  Massages can also include cupping, hot stones, and aromatherapy.  The benefits of massage therapy may include increasing blood circulation, reducing swelling, relaxing muscles, relieving muscle pain and spasms, and aid in recovery and range of motion.

Assisted Stretching

If limited flexibility is decreasing your quality of life or if you are worried about losing mobility as you age you need to try assisted stretching.  While you spend an hour relaxing on one of our premium stretching tables our trained professionals will do all the hard work of stretching for you.  Key Benefits include: enhanced flexibility, reduced muscle tension, improved posture, injury prevention, enhanced circulation, and stress reduction.

Beginner Yoga

Beginner Yin Yoga - Relax and unwind with a slower pace and longer-held passive poses.  Benefits include decreased stress, better sleep, increased mobility and flexibility, and decreased pain.
