Quick tips:
Don’t slouch! Slouching puts more pressure on the discs and vertebrae of your back.
The monitor should be placed directly in front of you, with the top at approximately eye level.
Maintain good head and neck posture, keep your ears over your shoulders.
Keep your shoulders relaxed and elbows bent to approximately 90 degrees.
Keep the mouse and keyboard close enough that you don't have to reach out
Hips and knees bent 90 degrees, feet flat on floor or footrest.
Avoid sitting on anything that would create an imbalance or uneven pressure (like your wallet).
